System Requirements

Processor and RAM Memory

Processor of 1.4 GHz or over. At least 2 GB of RAM.

When using video clips, we recommend a minimum 2 GHz processor.

Operating System

The Bob Designer Pro software is available for:

Microsoft Windows (32/64-bit): Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10
MacOS X from 10.6 (64 bit)
Linux (For Linux 64-bit system libraries "ia32-libs" and "lib32gomp1" must be installed)

Free Disk Space

450 MB of hard drive space is recommended for the installation plus 5 GB of additional space on the hard drive for the project data.

Internet Access

Internet access is required for software installation and placing orders.

The automated software and price list update does not work without Internet access. If you wish to download additional design templates and backgrounds, you will also need internet access.

If your internet connection is quite slow, you might experience problems placing an order. Contact our customer care team for assistance if required.
